Plans are being looked at to remove first-class carriages on some of the busiest South Eastern commuter trains to 'create more room for passengers'.


Plans are being looked at to remove first-class carriages on some of the busiest South Eastern commuter trains to 'create more room for passengers'.


The Transport Secretary's suggesting limiting some of the most congested lines to standard-class trains only as part of government rail reforms to tackle overcrowding and delays.

The Campaign for Better Transport reckons it would help.
