Teenager Forced into Van in Snodland

Police have given Heart an Efit of a man they want to speak to after a teenager was pushed into a van and driven around Snodland.

The man had asked the 14 year-old for directions as she walked home from school along Holborough Road on Tuesday 29th June.

While she was speaking to him, he pushed her into his van and drove around the Snodland area for approximately 30 - 45 minutes before letting her out near the Favourite Chicken Takeaway and Working Men's club.

We're told that during the journey the man assaulted the girl and she suffered minor injuries - the assault was not of a sexual nature.

White vanPolice want to hear from anyone who may have information about the identity of the man or who saw a white van, similar in size to a Ford Connect (pictured) in the area between 3.45pm - 5pm.
