Two Seriously Injured In Bluewater Crash

Kent Police is appealing for information after three people were injured following a serious collision on an A2 slip road in Bean.

Officers were called to reports that a blue Ford Fusion had collided with a lamp post after leaving the coastbound carriageway at Bluewater.

It happened at the top of the slip road, at the roundabout, at about 3pm on Friday 14 April 2017.

The driver, a man in his 80s, and the front seat passenger, a woman in her 70s, sustained serious injuries and were taken to a London hospital.

A rear seat passenger, a woman in her 50s, sustained minor injuries.

Officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the circumstances and are keen to hear from anyone that is yet to speak with officers.
