RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk) apply to ‘I Love Europe’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 12th July 2010 to 6th August 2010 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Kent.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1)    Details of the Competition
1.1    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 0600 on 12th July 2010 and close at 23:59 on 5th August 2010. Two randomly selected contestants from all the online entries will play head to head each morning during Heart Breakfast.


2)    Eligibility
2.1    Entrants must be 18 or over and those that will be traveling if the prize is won need to hold a valid Passport.


3)    Mechanic
3.1  The two daily contestants will be asked questions about anything relating to Europe live on air, playing against each other. Whoever is deemed the winner each day will return the next day to compete against another opponent. The eventual winner on the final execution (6th August) wins the prize.


4)    Prize
4.1    The prize is holiday to Europe for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children), a years free travel on the LD Lines network and 1000 Euros spending money. Global Radio to supply accommodation for holiday and will be subject to availability. LD lines to supply ferry travel as part of the free ferry travel for one year. LD Lines to supply 1000 Euros spending money and a years free travel which is limited to one return crossing per month for a return standard fare, for 1 standard car (1.85m x 5m) and up to 9 passengers on any of the LD Lines Network Cross Channel services to include Dover to Bolougne, Ramsgate to Ostend, Portsmouth to Le Havre or Newhaven to Dieppe. Offer valid according to day and time of departure and to availability. Full terms and conditions apply and can be found on the LD Lines Website (www.ldlines.com). All taxes included. The winner must be a named person, traveling with the booking on each crossing.
