Practiced in India as a branch of medicine for over 5000 years, ayurveda is a holistic system that focuses on health and wellbeing. It uses natural ingredients – plants, herbs, roots and barks - to heal and repair the body. Monsoon Beauty's hand creams are available in Eastern Secret, Tree of Life and Passion. (£9.50, 75ml).
Bourjois Flower Perfection Primer contains wild azalea extract known for its cell regenerating and protecting properties. Use this cream under foundation as a make-up base. it will smooth and refine the skin's texture. (£9.99).
