Dame Sarah Storey has become Britain's most successful female Paralympian by winning her 12th gold medal. She narrowly beat fellow Team GB cyclist Crystal Lane to first place in the C5, 3,000 metre individual pursuit. Crystal came in second winning a silver medal.

Brits Steve Bate and Megan Giglia won gold in cycling and swimmers Ollie Hynd and Bethany Firth also came first.

And as if that wasn't enough for Bethany, she also smashed the world record in the S14 100m backstroke.

It would seem that swimming is our thing as Harriet Lee and Stephanie Milward picked up silver and bronze respectively, with Jessica-Jane Applegate picked up bronze after Firth.

Swimmers Andrew Mullen and Jonathan Fox also took home bronze and silver in the men's races.

We are smashing it! Keep up the good work Team GB!
