BEST EPIC surprise engagement proposal ever, and happiest moment of my life.
Who needs a flash mob or a full choir when you've got a brass band and a bunch of giant flash cards to help you propose to your missus...
As Christmas proposals go, this one's pretty EPIC!
A romantic pulled off what may well be the grandest December proposal of all time after he enlisted a brass band and recreated an iconic scene from the festive film 'Love Actually'.
William GJ Gerard spent nine months planning his nine-minute proposal to girlfriend, Jena, at the University of Kentucky in America.
Arriving in Lexington, his girlfriend, Jena, was told that she was accepting a cheque for a charitable cause but then her boyfriend set about removing giant cards to reveal more and more of them - all of which told a love story.
The romantic gesture was very similar to the one featured in classic romance film 'Love Actually', involving Keira Knightley and Andrew Lincoln's characters.
Watch the moment it happened below and we challenge you not to cry...
