Around 60 London Midland trains are expected to be cancelled on Saturday because of driver shortages, which have already affected 400 trains in the last three weeks.
The company has apologised for the disruption and says the shortfall should be addressed by mid December.
Rail Minister Norman Baker says the firm's performance is being monitored.
Updates on cancellations are available on London Midlands website.
