Concerns over primary school places

There are fresh concerns about primary school places as councils say they're reaching bursting point because of a big increase in the birth rate.

In Lewisham it's claimed space is needed for the equivalent of an extra 17 reception classes by September.

In Surrey 6000 extra places are needed over the next 4 years.
