Disruption on the M4 is expected to continue until Thursday, as part of the motorway is closed to fix a crack in a motorway bridge.

Drivers are being asked to avoid the road which is shut in both directions between junctions 2 and 3, that's between London and Heathrow.

It's part of the Olympic Route Network, the closure comes as the first of 20 thousand media from around the world start to arrive in London ahead of the Games.

Mary Mcleod, Conservative MP for Brentford and Isleworth, has told London's Heart they need to do this work, and she says she's going to make sure the diversions have enough extra lanes to cope with all the traffic.
