Counterfeit traders have started trying to cash in on the 2012 Olympics.
Trading standards officers have seized more than 1-thousand fake London Olympics T-shirts and hats.
The goods were found at a souvenir shop in Westminster in central London, and are the first of the kind to be spotted in the area.
Westminster Council say the trader in Buckingham Palace Road could now be prosecuted, face jail or an unlimited fine if convicted.
