Hit and run victim dies

A woman involved in a hit and run on Wednesday night in Walthamstow has died.

Police are still trying to trace a dark car believe to be a Mercedes after the woman was hit on Markhouse Avenue.

Detectives want to hear from anyone who was in the area and saw what happened.
