Labour MP charged with assault

The Labour MP Eric Joyce has been released on bail after being charged with three counts of assault.

The MP for Falkirk was arrested on Wednesday following claims a Conservative MP was head-butted at a House of Commons bar.

He's been suspended from the Labour Party.
