It's claimed some local shops have seen a 90% drop in trade as a result of Westfield Stratford opening.
Many owners say they're being ignored despite promises the whole area would benefit.
Newham Council says since Westfield opened it has employed more than 2,000 residents and a new pedestrian town centre route is being built to link it with Stratford town centre.
