London: Two Seriously Hurt In Coach Crash

Two people are being treated for serious injuries after their coach from London crashed in Cambridgeshire.

An investigation has started after the coach, apparently heading for Newcastle, crashed with a lorry near St Neots at around 05.30am on Sunday 13th October 2013.

Thirteen people were taken to hospital after it happened on the A1, with London's Heart's being told two of them are seriously hurt and are being treated at Addenbrookes Hospital.

Twenty nine other passengers weren't injured and were taken to a reception centre in St Neots.

Gary Sanderson from the East of England Ambulance Service told us: "Crews were confronted with in excess of 40 casualties. Two of which were life threatening with 11 others treadted for minor injuries."
