The family of a man who died during the G20 protests have described the investigation into his death as a "cover-up".

47 year old Ian Tomlinson was filmed being hit by a Scotland Yard riot squad officer moments before he died in a nearby street.

But it was announced today the officer will not face any charges.

Relatives of Jean Charles de Menezes have described the decision as "another Scotland Yard whitewash".

It's 5 years to the day since since the Brazilian was shot by anti-terror police officer outside Stockwell Tube station.
