Plans To Keep Cars Moving At Olympics

Some red traffic lights are going to be scrapped to try and keep cars moving during the London Olympics.

A member of the International Olympic Committee said he'd been shown plans that could cut the number of lights being used in London from 5 thousand to 4 thousand, and keep the traffic moving at a steady 45 miles an hour.

And temporary footbridges could be built over the roads so traffic won't have to stop for pedestrians.
