Tube sex attacker from Kent jailed

A man from Kent who indecently assaulted three women on the tube has been jailed for three years and banned from the Underground for five

Colin Franklin from Beckenham attacked three young women by groping them while they were getting on or off trains in September 2008.

But the 44 year old has already served 433 days of his sentence on remand so could be released "within weeks".

The judge said Franklin "seems to have taken advantage of the underground system" to commit his offences.
