'The rush hour from hell', that's how unions have described the journey to work for many tube passengers this morning.

There were problems on the Victoria and Jubilee Lines because of signal failures and too much dust left after work overnight suspended the Waterloo and City Line.

Tube managers say they're constantly learning how to make the tube more reliable.

While the Mayor's told London's Heart that Londoners should expect problems on the Jubilee line to continue.

Boris Johnson says the upgrades on the line will be worth it.
