Woman Held Over Pimlico Flats Murder

A 65-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was stabbed to death.

Scotland Yard said officers were called to Lumley Flats in Pimlico Road following reports a man had been stabbed shortly after 6pm on Friday.

London's Air Ambulance attended the scene but the man, believed to be 33, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A murder investigation has been launched and the suspect is in custody at a north London police station, Scotland Yard said.

Detective Chief Inspector Matt Bonner of the Homicide and Major Crime Command is leading the investigation.
