Lucy's Blog - Wednesday 20th of February

Hurrah – it’s Wednesday! Halfway to the weekend, always a good thing! On todays show, we talked about the last big thing that you forgot. This is after JK left his keys at work, so couldn’t unlock his bike from the train station on the way home, and I…..well, I managed to forget my older brothers birthday. I remembered yesterday, over a week after the event. Bad sister!! Here are some of your ‘forgetful’ scenarios…..

Rich - I was forgot outside the local shop in a pram, mum got home, dad said "where's the baby?" ..
Katy -  I was going to take my puppy to training classes at the local village hall, but very cleverly just remembered the time and location of my 'appointment' not why I was going so forgot the dog.......
Lorraine - I once forgot it was my birthday, we'd had lots going on in the family and I was wondering why I got cards shoved in my hands and then clicked what day it was!

This is my favourite one of the day…

I once forgot I passed my driving test went out shopping and took the car, but went on the hour bus journey home!

We also talked about the Brit Awards, and I managed to hunt down what some of the lucky guests will be getting in their goody bags tonight! They’re worth £2000 each you know! There’s perfume, silk scarves, headphones, portable stereo’s, sunglasses, and even an overnight stay for 2 in a treehouse suite at a posh hotel and spa! Amazing.

Also – a bit of pre show gossip, apparently Justin Timberlake’s got the biggest entourage, and they’re all fans of the resident sniffer dog, Otto, who’s been running around backstage making sure it’s all safe! Bless.

I’m off home to watch it from the comfort of my sofa, with a bottle of wine & a takeaway. Brilliant!

See you from 4pm!
