Terms and Conditions:
- The message will be delivered by post to arrive by Sunday 3rd April at a UK address as long as instructions for the dedication have been received by Heart by Friday 11th March.
- If instructions are not confirmed in time, the message will be delivered after 3rd April.
- The dedication will comprise a short spoken message from Michael (and written by him) referencing the winner’s name and the name of their Mum. The winner is welcome to suggest things for Michael to say, but Michael Bublé will have final approval on the content of the message which cannot include any profanities or anything considered offensive or in bad taste.
- No alternative to the prize is available.
