RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Heart’s website) apply to ‘Gig In the Sky’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run Online from Wednesday 16th to Friday 25th June and On air: Monday 21st to Friday 25th June (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
1.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
1.1.    Call the telephone number announced on air (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The Telephone Line opening and closing times will be given out on air
a)    In order to enter the competition listeners must listen out for the Birthday month.  Birthday months will be selected using a random number generator.  Only listeners born in the month announced on air for the competition round will be eligible to enter and play and this will be checked prior to play.  Please note that birthdays will be checked on the day of the event against a valid passport.
b)    The caller who is playing on air will be required to answer 3 questions correctly in order to win.
c)    If they answer all 3 questions correctly, they will win.
d)    If they answer a question incorrectly, a new caller will be taken to air who has the correct Birthday month to continue playing.
1.2    Go online to the Heart website and register their details.  Online entry will open on Wednesday 16th June and close at Midday on Friday 25th June 2010
a)    Online: listeners will be asked a simple question
b)    1 winner will be picked by a random generator and will be notified by the available contact details supplied at the time of registering.  If no details are supplied or are incorrect the winner will forfeit their prize and another will be chosen

Eligibility:
2.    Winners and their guests:
2.1.    Must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid passport which they must bring on the day of the gig.  If a passenger does not have a valid passport, they will not be allowed to attend any of the event.
2.2.    Will be subject to standard security airport checks.  Please see the security information at www.stanstedairport.com
2.3.    Passengers will only be allowed to carry hand luggage onto the aircraft.  Please see www. Stanstedairport.com for hand luggage measurement and contents details
2.4.    Prize is not transferable and must be redeemed by the on air winner, and one guest
2.5.    By entering this competition winners agree for their images to be used within the Heart website and also More Than’s website

Prize:
3.    Heart FM’s Gig in the Sky will take place on Tuesday 29th June.  The flight will take off from and return to London’s Stansted airport.  Communication will be sent out before the date of the event with further details, but entrants should be aware that you will be expected at the airport for 9:30am on the day of the event.
3.1.    Each winner and their guest who win on the Heart Network mid-morning and evening shows will be provided with over night accommodation and train travel.  Winners must be able to travel on Monday 28th June with overnight stay at the Radisson Hotel in Stansted airport returning on Tuesday 29th June.  Hotel is based on adults sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) with ensuite bathroom on a bed only basis.  Transfers from the hotel to the departure lounge will also be provided
3.1.1.    Return train travel will be provided from a mainline station in the UK to London Stansted  
3.2.    Each winner and their guest who win on London Breakfast or Afternoon show will be provided with the cost of return train travel between Liverpool Street and Stansted.  Winners and their guest will be required to make their own accommodation arrangements if required
3.3.    Heart Breakfast Essex and Online winners and their guest must make their own travel and/or accommodation arrangements

Cancellation and Liability:
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may result in event cancellation, Heart fm in conjunction with its partners, The RSA Group, More Th>n’s parent company accepts no liability and will not be required to re-schedule the event.
