Celebrity Connections on Heart London Breakfast, April 2014
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/apply to ‘Celebrity Connections’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 22nd April to 25th April 2014 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart London
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word ‘win’ followed by their answer to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line will open at the opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. Each day the Heart London breakfast presenters will name three things on air which are connected by a celebrity. Listeners must text in their answer to enter for their chance to win a pair of iPad minis. A winner will be selected at random from all of the correct entries. The winner will be notified by telephone and brought to air to be awarded their prize.
5. All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
6. All correct entrants between 22nd April and 25th April will be entered into a draw on Friday, 25th April, where one winner will be selected at random to win 1 million Nectar points to the value of £5,000. The winner will be notified by telephone on 25th April 2014 and brought to air to be awarded their prize.

7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

10. On Friday, 25th April, there will be 1 x winner of 1,000,000 Nectar points. The points are worth £5,000 in value to the Nectar cardholder.
11. Winner of nectar points will need to be a Nectar cardholder to receive their prize. If a winner of a Nectar points prize is not a Nectar cardholder they will need to register for a Nectar card within 4 weeks of winning the prize in order to be eligible to receive the points. If they do not do so within this time period, they will be disqualified from winning the prize.
12. Winners must provide all necessary contact details and any other relevant details requested by the Promoter at the time of winning or after winning by the Promoter or Nectar, including their Nectar card number if appropriate, in order for the prize to be fulfilled. The winner acknowledges that their contact details, Nectar card number and any other required details may be passed to third parties who may contact them regarding their prize in order for their prize to be fulfilled.
13. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
