RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here apply to ‘Spice Up Your Life’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 17/7/12 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart London.

Anyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the radio station.

1) Details of the Competition

To enter the Competition an entrant must: Call the studio line (the “Telephone Line”).
Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.
The telephone line will open and close as directed by the presenter.
5 callers will be taken at random. The most enthusiastic caller as judged by the Heart Breakfast production team will be declared the winner.

If more than one prize is offered additional callers or “runners up” will also be selected by the above method.
The winner(s) will be notified they have won and what prize(s) they have won on air.

2) Eligibility
Over 18 year olds only unless stated otherwise.

3)  Prize
Prize(s) awarded at the presenter/producer’s discretion.
Prize(s) may have date restrictions, which the successful winner will be informed of.

Two chances to win a pair of tickets to see Madonna in Hyde Park on Tuesday 17th July.
