A 14-year old girl has been sexually assaulted in Milton Keynes.

It happened on Monday 10th January as she was walking home from school between 3.30pm and 3.45pm. The teenager was walking along wasteland, from the V10 towards Woolstone, when she was grabbed from behind a sexually assaulted.

Police are linking the incident to one which happened at the end of December in Monkston.

On the 31st December at about 3.50pm, a 44-year-old woman was jogging along a Redway, when a man grabbed her by the arms. The victim screamed and the offender let go of her, and walked off.

The man police want to talk to is described as white, in his late twenties, about 5ft 7ins and of average build. He is of Mediterranean appearance and has an Eastern European accent. He has dark curly hair and dark eyes. He was wearing a dark, woolen beanie hat, a dark jumper with thick horizontal stripes and jeans.

Detective Constable Darren Street, leading the investigation said:

“Due to the similarity in the descriptions of the offenders and the times and locations of the offences, we believe this is the same man. The motive for the first offence is unclear; however it would appear that the victim screaming scared the offender off. I would stress that at this stage these offences are not being linked to the two other sexual assaults which happened on Sunday (23/1), however we are keeping an open mind.”

“Both victims have given an excellent description of the offender and we are hopeful that someone will know who this man is from the E-fit.”
