28 March 2014, 06:00

Thames Valley Police has released an E-fit image of a man police would like to speak to in connection with a sexual assault in Milton Keynes.

At 1.30am on 15 February the victim, a woman aged in her thirties, was walking near the Christ of Cornerstone Church, though the underpass near the council offices towards Conniburrow when she realised that she was being followed by a man. As she was walking, the man touched her shoulders and kissed her neck, before touching her inappropriately. The victim then pushed the man and ran away

On 16 March the same man followed the victim for a second time. She was walking the same journey from Central Milton Keynes to Conniburrow. He followed her past the Christ of Cornerstone Church and into the underpass leading to the civic offices. The man spoke to her and the victim ran away.

The person depicted in the E-fit is white, aged 30-35-years-old around 5ft 3ins tall and of slim build. He has some freckles on his face, light-coloured eyebrows and fair hair. He is clean shaven and has small eyes.

The offender was wearing a black plain hooded top with his hood up, dark jeans and white or light coloured trainers.

Police are appealing for any witnesses who may recognise the person depicted in the E-fit image. Anyone with any information should contact designated investigator Selena Nolan at Milton Keynes police station via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police Enquiry Line on 101.
