Heart's been speaking exclusively to a friend of broadcaster Dave Lee Travis.

The 68 year old from Buckinghamshire was found not guilty of 12 indecent assault charges yesterday, but his legal battle may not be over, as the jury failed to reach verdicts on two other allegations against him.

The Crown Prosecution Service will now have to decide whether or not to go for a retrial on those allegations.
