Image Released After A Girl Was Sexually Assaulted

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after a 17 year old girl was sexually assaulted on a bus.

The teenager boarded the X5 Stagecoach in Buckingham last Wednesday (29th January) and at 1.37pm a man boarded from the bus stop outside McDonalds in central Milton Keynes.

He spoke to the victim for about 30 minutes, and then moved to sit next to her. 

He touched the victim inappropriately and asked her questions of a sexual nature.

The victim got off the bus at Bedford bus station, and he initially followed her.

Thames Valley Police has released CCTV footage of the man who they would like to speak to in connection with the assault.

The man shown in the CCTV pictures is black, aged in his late twenties, of medium build and around 5ft 8ins, with a tidy black beard. 

He is shown wearing a black leather jacket, a blue V neck jumper with buttons at the top, cream chinos, and brown leather shoes.
