MK Couple Face Gang Of 7 Burglars

26 February 2014, 06:00

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information regarding an aggravated burglary in Milton Keynes.

The victims, a man and woman, aged 34 and 25, were at home in Teasel Avenue, Conniburrow, at about 7.45pm on Sunday (Feb 23rd).

The victims went into the kitchen where they were confronted by five to seven offenders.

The offenders sprayed the man in the face with a liquid from a bottle before pushing him into the living room.

One of the suspects then attempted to spray the liquid in the face of the woman, who ran out of the house and sought help from neighbours.

Police believe the offenders fled the scene on foot via an alleyway leading from Teasel Avenue to Bramble Avenue where they entered a silver BMW estate vehicle with an 07 number plate.

The offenders were wearing dark clothing and balaclavas.

The man sustained an eye injury and was treated at Milton Keynes General Hospital.
