Taxi driver robbed on Christmas Eve

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a taxi driver was robbed in Milton Keynes on Christmas Eve.

The incident happened at about 6.55pm as the taxi driver dropped the two offenders off at the back of The Park public house in Duncombe Street, Bletchley.

One of the offenders threatened the driver with a knife while the other stole the victim’s mobile phone, two-way radio and cash. The offenders then ran off towards the train station.

The two offenders are black and about 17-years-old.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the robbery or saw two men running away from the area at the time of the offence.
