Toddler Airlifted After Crash

A two year old boy has been taken to hospital after a lorry and car collided in Buckingham.

A white Mercedes articulated lorry towing a blue trailer and a silver Peugeot 806 collided on the A421 Tingewick Road just before 09.30am Monday morning. 

The toddler who was in the back seat of the Peugeot when the crash happened ended up with serious head injuries and was airlifted to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. 

Thames Valley Police are appealing for any witnesses to the crash to come forward as well as anyone who saw either of the vehicles beforehand.
