We were put through our paces at Willen Lake to try out a Fit MK bootcamp. We ran, jumped, squatted and pumped our way through a high energy workout and were amazed to discover it was actually kind of fun... see our video here and let us know what you think! - Wes & Ros
Give It A Go Week
Try out a new sport in the Reactivate Milton Keynes Give It A Go Week from 17th-23rd May.
There's loads of sports sessions, many free or discounted, as well as Return to Sport Courses to choose from at sports clubs and venues all around MK and further afield between .
Whether you want indoor, outdoor, high energy or gentle, there’s something for everyone, regardless of age and fitness levels.
During Give it A Go Week test drive a new sport or sign up for a Return to Sport Course.
There are hundreds on offer including:
- Return to Netball course – Mondays starting 7th June at Oakgrove, 7pm-8pm.
- Just Jog MK, Beginners Jogging – Wednesdays starting 2nd June, central Milton Keynes, 5.30pm.
- Fit MK Bootcamp – All week including Saturdays, Willen Lake and Campbell Park.
- Fit for Life Seated Aerobics – Fridays 2-3pm, Byerly House, Downs Barn.
