Three Men Questioned After Waterloo Bridge Shooting

An investigation's been launched after a suspected drive-by shooting near Waterloo Bridge.

A black ford car's thought to have been shot at by someone on a motorbike at around 8pm last night (Friday 21st February).

A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital with head injuries but has since been discharged.

Police arrested three young men believed to be aged 22, 23 and 24 on suspicion of firearms offences.

The surrounding area, including the Southbank, would have been busy with people enjoying their Friday night. Police are eager to speak with anyone who saw the shooting, or who saw the motorbike fleeing the area.
