Heart Breakfast with Jamie & Emma 6am - 9am
This is a world of fun like nothing you've ever seen before!
You'd be hard pushed to find a town in the UK that doesn't have their own incarnation of the popular new activity which leaves you literally bouncing off the walls.
But the small historic mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog in Wales has taken things one step further.
This underground adventure, Bounce Below, is within the magical Llechwedd Slate Caverns, an underground quarry.
If your children (or you!) are aged 7 or above they can explore the six levels of fun connected by slides and in front of the spectacular cave backdrop.
So basically they can become mini Batman and Lara Croft's - cool or what?!
The company behind the genius park, Zip World, don't stop there with their adventurous offerings as in North Wales at various locations they also have a forest coaster which lets you zip through the treetops and a zip line safari.
