my top 2 phobias is spiders+dying,
the minute i walk into a room if theres a spider i will spot it straight away,i feel like im a cat as all the hairs on my back and neck stand up.
With dying, when ever i get a pain or twinge i feel like something is really wrong and that i'm going to die. My death phobia got me in a state of anxiety that i'm now on antidepressants .
