Watch this amazing time lapse video taken from the International Space Station.

Ron Garan is a NASA astronaut and recently touched down in Houston after nearly 6 months in space.

He wrote on his blog that "We spent 164 days in space, made 2,624 orbits of the Earth, and will have flown 65,340,224 miles.

The movie begins over the Pacific Ocean and continues over North and South America before entering daylight near Antarctica.

You can even see a lightning storm in the Pacific Ocean, incredible!
