Arminghall: Woman Dies After Suffering Head Injuries

A woman who was found with serious head injuries in Arminghall has died in hospital.

Angela Crompton, who was 34, died at Addenbrooke's Hospital this lunchtime, Wednesday 13 June.

A Home Office post mortem examination will now be carried out to ascertain the circumstances of her death.

39-year-old Thomas Crompton of Arminghall Lane in Arminghall, was charged yesterday, Tuesday 12 June, with assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

He appeared before Norwich Magistrates Court this morning where he was remanded in custody to appear before Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday 26 June.
