Beach Rescue 'Hero' Talks to Heart

The paramedic who helped to rescue a 15 year old girl after a getting trapped in a 5 foot hole on Caister beach in Norfolk is telling Heart how he got her out.

Paige Anderson was on holiday with her family when the sand collapsed onto her, trapping her 5ft under ground for around 20 minutes.

Paramedic Mark Little dug her out and helped to get her breathing again, before she was flown by RAF helicopter to the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston.

Mark Little talks to Heart about dramatic beach rescue

She has now been discharged and is recovering.
