Could we still pay more at the pumps?

Motorists are being told they WILL see the benefits of yesterday's cut in the duty on fuel.

A 1p reduction was announced in the government's budget

Its being funded by a new tax for north sea oil companies -
and there've been concerns that they would pass on those costs to drivers.

Philip Dingle from Attleborough is from the Petrol Retailers Association and says its because we IMPORT most of our fuel from OTHER countries, that we could still be paying out more at the pumps...

After duty cuts, could we still pay MORE?
