Diss: Woman Attacked In Bar

A 21 year old woman's been attacked in a bar in Diss in Norfolk on what was one of the busiest nights for Christmas parties.

Police in Diss are appealing for information following an assault which happened on Friday 16 December.

The incident happened at about 11pm in the Indigo Lounge in Market Hill when the victim, a 21-year-old woman, was struck on the head as she walked into the main bar causing her to fall to the ground where she was punched and kicked. The woman suffered minor injuries of bruising and swelling.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning it.
