Ipswich: Two People Charged In Connection With Sex Offences

Two people have been charged in connection with prostitution and sexual offences in Ipswich.

Stuart Mansfield, aged 36 and from Nelson Road, Ipswich has been charged with controlled prostitution, three counts of rape, sexual assault, causing/inciting prostitution for gain, two counts of paying for sexual services and five counts of offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
 
Carla Panton, aged 29 and from Wenhaston, has been charged with two counts of controlled prostitution, two counts of causing/inciting prostitution for gain and one offence under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

They returned on police bail yesterday (10th December) to the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre where they were charged with the offences.
 
Mansfield and Panton will appear at Ipswich Magistrates' Court on 15th January 2014.
