Lowestoft Robbery: Man Bailed

A 36-year-old man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery following an incident at an address in Cambridge Road in Lowestoft around 2.40am on Monday, 27 August, has now been bailed to return to police on October 25, pending further enquiries.

A 30-year-old man arrested yesterday, Tuesday 28 August, on suspicion of attempted murder remains in custody where he is being interviewed by officers. 

A 47-year-old woman who sustained head injuries in the incident remains in Addenbrookes hospital where she is described as being in a serious but stable condition. 

Cordons remain in place at Cambridge Road and at two properties where warrants were carried out yesterday afternoon. Police are continuing to investigate and are asking anyone with information about the incident who has not yet come forward to call Lowestoft CID on 101.
