A 28-year-old man has been attacked and robbed. It happened between 8pm and 8.30pm on Friday 31 December 2010 on Sandy Lane in Norwich.

The man was walking along the road when he was approached from behind by a group of four men and was punched in the back and in the face. One of the suspects stole a carrier bag from the victim containing a bottle of vodka and cola.

The 28-year-old was then threatened by one of the other men who said he had a knife and ordered the victim to hand over anything else he had. He then gave him his wallet containing around £80 in cash.

All four suspects are described as being in their early 20’s. Two of the suspects were more involved in the incident and are described as white males, one wearing a green camouflage kagoul style jacket and the other was wearing a thick padded cream jacket.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anyone matching the descriptions of the suspects in the area around the time of the incident.
