Man wanted in connection with sexual assault

Suffolk Police are issuing an E-FIT likeness of a male they want to trace following a sexual assault in Ipswich.

The incident took place at around 2:10am in Great Colman Street, Ipswich on Saturday 26th March.

A 23-year-old woman was walking to a taxi rank when a man pinned her against a wall and touched her inappropriately. The victim kneed the man between the legs to affect her escape and ran to the taxi rank. 

The male is described as white, aged in his fifties, around 5ft 8ins tall, well built, with green eyes and thinning grey hair. He had a dark coloured tattoo on the side of his neck and was wearing a blue denim jacket with the sleeves rolled up.
