Norfolk: Man Assaulted At Polling Station

A man's reported being assaulted at a polling station in Norfolk.

Police have told Heart they were called after reports a man in his 50s had been assaulted at a polling station on Garden Street this morning.

He was unhurt but shaken.

And Heart's been told a 72-year-old man from Cromer has been interviewed by police and has been reported for consideration of prosecution for common assault.
