Norwich: ATM Security Guards Robbed

Two security guards delivering cash for a cashpoint have been robbed outside a Tesco by a man with a crow bar.

At approximately 6:45am, two security guards were delivering cash to the ATM machine at the Tesco Express on Aylsham Road in Norwich when a man approached them.  He hit one of the guards on the arm with an metal implement, believed to be a crowbar, before stealing a quantity of cash.  He then left the scene in a dark coloured estate car.

The offender is described as white, approximately 5ft 8ins tall and of stocky build.  He is believed to have been wearing black clothing at the time of the incident.
