Second Chance for High Street Cash?

After all the bidding towns in Suffolk and Norfolk going for extra funding for improvements to their High Streets an MP is telling Heart he hopes there could be a second chance.
The Government money came from the Mary Portas review of our shopping streets and is offering to help improve some of our high streets.
The winning bidders were announced at the weekend and no towns in Norfolk or Suffolk were included.
