Taverham: Man Charged in BB Gun Shooting

An 18 year old man has been charged after three children in Norfolk were hit with BB gun pellets.

The three children were hit by BB gun pellets in Taverham last week.

The 10 and 12-year-olds were struck by the pellets in Pendlesham Rise and Kingswood Avenue on the afternoon of Tuesday 17 April 2012. All suffered reddening to the skin.

Joseph Whipps, aged 18 and of Beech Avenue in Taverham, has been charged with three counts of common assault and must attend Norwich Magistrates Court on Tuesday 8 May.
