Three Charged Over Cannabis Factory Find

Norwich Police have charged three people in connection with the discovery of a cannabis factory in Rackham Road.

Officers attended the address on Friday the 19th August as a result of intelligence from the local community and discovered 200 plants in the loft, rear bedroom and bathroom. Cultivation equipment was also seized at the address.

The three arrested in connection with the incident have all been charged with production of cannabis.

An Van Le, 26, Chinh Van Le, 18 and Hund Dan Tran, 19, will appear at Norwich Magistrates Court this morning.
